Meeting Time Calculator is a free tool for finding overlapping meeting times between two time zones. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices.
Data We Do NOT Collect
We do NOT collect or store:
- Your name, email address, or any personal identifiers
- The timezone selections you make
- The work hours you enter
- The meeting times you calculate
- Any calculation results or inputs
- Account information (we don't have accounts)
All calculations happen in your browser. We never send your inputs to our servers.
Data We Collect (With Your Consent)
Analytics (Optional)
If you accept cookies, we may collect:
- Page views and basic usage patterns
- Browser type and device type (mobile, desktop)
- Anonymized IP address
- Button clicks (Calculate, Share, Copy)
We use this data to improve the tool and understand how it's used. We DO NOT track what timezones you select or what times you calculate.
Advertising (Optional)
